We ship by Canada Post and UPS usually the same day for orders received by noon on in-stock items.  For faster delivery you can choose your preferred method in the shopping cart and your discounted cost will be calculated automatically. 

*Salt and other bulk items do not qualify for free shipping but can be picked up in store.

*Fresh and Frozen Food is available for pickup or local delivery.

Store pickup orders:  can be ready within 1 to 2 hours during business hours.  You will receive an email or phone call regarding any back ordered items and to confirm when your order is ready.
